I WOULD LIKE TO COMBINE ALL THE TORN PIECES OF A PAPER AND WANT TO EXTRACT THE TEXT SEPARATELY FORM IT AFTER COMBINING

There's nothing built in to MATLAB to do that. You'll have to write something yourself. Search for the tag "torn" to see what we've discussed before. Also search Vision Bibliography to search the literature: http://www.visionbib.com/bibliography/contents.html
