How to develop Behavioral model of gate driver integrated circuit using specialized power system library blocks?

I found the behavioural model of gate driver integreted circuit in Simscape / Electrical / Semiconductors & Converters Library , But my model is developed using specialized power system library block so I need to develop this gate driver using specialized power system library blocks to drive the igbt/Diode block.

Since, Specialized technology has an ideal mosfet, igbt blockse(it operate as switch), it meant, they donot have any gate side detailed model of the power electronics device. So gate driver (that has +ve and -ve terminal, Ron, Roff) block is may not be required and it has no functionality. But, if only dead time logic and simple Vgson and Vgsoff is required, it can be achieved using below model
By any case, behavior model is required for some other purpose that can be done by
Note the above model could not be connected with device blocks
