question about transfer function

how do i get these vlues in the transfer function

Bacically i am trying to create a transfer function as the oine attached here but when i write the numbers as the pic upladed in my question it give me an error ( nom/dem). Do i need to write a code to change the numbers in my transfer function?

I suggest multiplying numerator and denominator by 2, so that the leading coefficient for the denominator is 1
