How to I use the dielectric functions to control the relative permeability?

I am working with antennas with magnetic substrates, as the ferrite loop-stick antenna with ferrite core.
The help center claim that I can use the dielectric function to control the relative permeabiliy. https://se.mathworks.com/help/antenna/dielectric-catalog.html
However, I do not find any way to provide the magnetic relative permeability and the magnetic loss tangent. I could of course add these as a dielectric equivalent, but this will make my antenna reactive and reduce the overall antenna bandwidth in the simulations.

If you're trying to simulate the effects of magnetic materials without direct support for magnetic properties, you might need to resort to equivalent circuit models or empirical adjustments to your simulation parameters to approximate the effects of permeability and magnetic loss.
For more accurate modeling of antennas with magnetic substrates, you might consider using other electromagnetic simulation tools that offer explicit support for magnetic materials, such as 'ANSYS HFSS' or 'CST Microwave Studio'. These tools allow for the specification of both electric and magnetic properties of materials, providing a more comprehensive environment for simulating antennas with magnetic substrates.
