Hello Guys! Could anyone please help me with Simulink Model for Unified Power Quality Control?

I have more or less created the entire structure for UPQC (see attached). But i dont know, something is going wrong, not getting the expected outputs.
Could anyone please check the model and let me know, what is wrong with it?
