Migration to Windows Server 2012 doesn't work

Hi, we have an asp.net web application (that works with dll made by Matlab 2013b) on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit, now we have migrated this application on new server with Windows Server 2012 R2 64bit and this no longer works!
On W2008 works perfectly, on W2012 web page goes in crash!
We have installed on both server MCR 8.2, all versions of M. Visual C++ Redistributable 64b and all versions of .Net Fx.
How I can resolve this problem? Thanx! Filippo

We have the same problem. Working with a .NET assemble in C#.
Any help will be appreciated.
