Difference in Boost Converter Waveforms

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone may be able to explain the differences in output waveforms for a Boost converter modelled using a Simscape Electrical N-Channel IGBT and the same circuit modelled using a PLECs IGBT?
I have created the Boost converter using equivalent circuit components, the IGBT switch, however has been modelled from the datasheet for a Infineon IKZ50N65EH5 Trenchstop 5 IGBT as the Simscape N-Channel IGBT allows you to do this by entering all the parameters into the model.
The PLECs IGBT thermal model is from the Infineon website, again for the IKZ50N65EH5 Trenchstop 5 IGBT.
When I compare the waveforms they line up, apart from the trough at the bottom of the waveform of the Simscape model (see below). To my thinking the PLECs waveform (yellow) looks what I'm used to seeing.
I wondered if anyone may be able to explain this behaviour?
Kind regards,
Andy
