Can you find; settling time, peak time , rise time?

By imposing the 2nd order system approximation, estimate the settling time, peak time & rise time, with 20% overshoot?

This applies to a pitch control system. I've attached a pic of the system including G(s) & also a link to a Simulink model.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...
