Calculate damping coefficient of active suspension in car.

I have a active suspension system use a cylinder with throttle valve and a spring.
I want to calculate the damping coefficient C which can be automative adjusted by the throttle vavle or orifice holes in the cylinder for simulink modeling. Thank for your answer and comments <3
