I dont want to use Simulink's ready-built PMSM block, but instead I want to built my own PMSM and control it with FOC. Problem is that when I run simulation with my own PMSM, my own won't give normal results, but if I change it to ready-built one, simulation works fine and give same results as in the real implemention.
I'am quite sure my model is correct, but is there some configurations need to be considered?

Not easy to point to potential problems without a model. Something that might be problematic is the angle definition used in the Park transform. If the angle definition in the PMSM and the one in the control are different the results would not be good.
