Hi Rajat,
I understand that you have developed a model of a Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS) in Simulink, and want to combine the SOC of both the battery and the supercapacitor into a single output. You can achieve this by connecting the SOC of the battery and the supercapacitor as inputs to the "Mux" block which combines multiple signals into single virtual signal.
You can refer to the following MathWorks documentation to understand more about the "Mux" block.
