How to create a Yagi on a dielectric substrate (FR4 PCB board) in Antenna Designer?

I am trying to figure out how to model a Yagi on a printed circuit board. The elements of the Yagi in the Antenna Designer tool creates a Yagi with elements perpendicular to a substrate by default. Is there a way to flip all of the elements so they would be parallel to the surface of a circuit board as if they were traces on the board? I have been trying to do this programatically but I do not see an option to change the orientaion of the elements in this manner. I am seeking some help.
