Implementation of randomly moving UEs in a single cell

I am a student studying MIMO and beamforming.

In this project, I want to perform beamforming down-link between the base-station(BS) and multiple user-equipments(UEs).

At this time, it is assumed that the area that the base-station(BS) can cover the most is the cell.

What I want to do is create user equipments(UEs) that move randomly in the cell area as above figure.

Therefore, I wonder if it is possible to implement randomly moving UEs as above figure,

and finally to plot the moving UEs in a cell in the form of a map.
