Where can I find createSequenceLabels function in Wavelet Time Scattering for ECG Signal Classification?

I found the createSequenceLabels function being used in Wavelet Time Scattering for ECG Signal Classification but I can not use it in MATLAB code. There is no definition or any package to import to use this function.
