How to read sentinel image , convert to binary wet and dry matrix ?

Dear all,
I have sentinel 1 image . I like to read in matlab 2020, and convert to binary wet and dry matrix. how to do this ? I need your help .

Try imread() and imbinarize(). If that doesn't work, then re-read the posting guidelines before you add additional information and images:
