I have 5 different outputs for 5 different step inputs. How to get a transfer function from those data(approximate will do)?

Assuming this is a single-input single-output system, you can use all or some of these data sets for transfer function estimation, please see this example in System Identification Toolbox.

Not able to view the example. When I am pressing "this example" the following error is visible. The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
