Why does the generated report from Polyspace when using a customization of the provided templates appear incomplete when creating it in a newer Polyspace release?

A report template has been customized in Polyspace R2018b and it is sought to have a Polyspace report generated from a Polyspace project using MATLAB Report Generator R2019a. However, the generated report appears to be incomplete.
Why does the generated report from Polyspace when using a customization of the provided templates appear incomplete when creating it in a newer Polyspace release?

Please use the same MATLAB Report Generator and Polyspace releases when modifying report templates. This is the only way to ensure that the generated report will appear as expected. Since a license for MATLAB Report Generator R2019a exists, then also MATLAB Report Generator R2018b can be installed and used.
