I want to build an standalone app that gets sensor and cam capture and writes in a usb. Which is the best?

What counts as best? Highest performance? Cheapest? Best framerate to money ratio?
(I don't know the answer for each option, but I know it matters)

Unless you are using a low resolution or low frame rate, then you should prefer a newer Raspberry, so that you can use a USB3 connection to send the data.
