Graphical Draw Path Segments

Dear all,

i am looking forward to draw a path known from photoshop or gimp etc.

Here you can see, what i mean:

Idea is to build a matlab "drawing program", but at the moment i cant find a suitable function and have no idea how to implement it.

If anybody has an idea, it would be great if he/she can share it.

Perhaps a "bezier toolbox" with an interactive mode would be useful:
