"Drizzle" method for image reconstruction

I'm trying to compare various algorithms for multi-frame super-resolution, and have come across a few implementations in Matlab. However, there is a popular approach in astronomy known as "Drizzle", authored by Fruchter and Hook (Fruchter AS, Hook RN. Drizzle: A method for the linear reconstruction of undersampled images. Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific. 2002 Feb;114(792):144).

Does anybody know of an attempt to implement their algorithm in Matlab?
