Hi, i am new to MATLAB and Digital Image processing as well. I am doing research work in DIP. My task is to calculate and mark centroid of all nuclei present in image. i am wondering how to do this? The purple objects in this image are nuclei.Given image is in Tiff format, i have tried to upload image along with question but couldn't. Than i converted tiff to png and uploading it. I do have 400 images to be processed in this way.
