Power electronics thermal modeling in Simulink

Is it possible to perform power electronics thermal modelling in Simulink? This feature is available in PLECS and PSIM but I am not sure if Simulink has this capability or not.

Simscape is multi-domain plant modeling tool, and obvious Simscape can do power electronics simulation with thermal domain.
