How can I change the color of a scrollbar in app designer?

I'm working on an app (working with app designer) that has numeros panels in different color, some of theme are scrollabel. In order to make the app more aesthetically pleasing, I would like to change the colors of the scrollbars.
Is there a way to do it? I didn't find a property that does that.
