How to tune a discrete PID when a step response is known?

Hi all..
My process transfer function is 1000/(s^2+s).
When applying a p-only controller with gain of 0.01 i get the step response as shown in pic below

How to tune the controller gains (discrete controller) when step response is known ? I need any discrete controller tuning method, whatever is 2DOF-PID or just PID. Any suggestions??
