Matlab play with specified location

Hello,

I am trying to simulate the throw of a ball in a random location.

The ball once lands, does not change positions neither bounces up.

This takes place within a particular space that needs to be defined as well.

Any idea of how to approach the problem?

The question is not clear enough to be answered. What do you want to "simulate"? An elastic impact of a ball, after it was thrown in a specific direction considering air friction?

"does not change positions neither bounces up" - is this the actual state and you want to change it (them show us the ocde) or the wanted behavior and you search for a point to start programming?

"This takes place within a particular space that needs to be defined as well." - as reader in the forum, I cannot imagine, what you havbe in mind.

Please explain with details, what the problem is and ask a question concerning Matlab.
