Matlab GUI and license

Hi all, i want to develop a gui. This gui uses some functions from diffrent Toolboxes. Could someone who doesnot have a matlab license use this GUI? Or is it necessary to install matlab in the computer to be able to use Matlab-gui?

you can make an app in MATLAB with matlab compiler and then you can install this app in other computers without matlab

note that some toolboxes cannot be compiled . The Symbolic Toolbox in particular .

If their computer does not have MATLAB they would either have to buy MATLAB and the same toolboxes you have, OR you would have to buy the compiler product (very expensive!) and compile a standalone executable for them. In the second case (standalone executable) they would not have to buy anything.
