Pat, I looked at some of your previous questions. In my view, your approach is no so efficient. Is all this part of a research project or a class? In any case, what you need is a better plan of the whole thing ("project"). You will not be successful by asking questions with out giving more about your thought and status.
Maybe you, your supervisor and someone from MathWorks Technical Support should give you guidance in a telephone call. I personally strongly recommend your supervisor being aware of you struggling and that he / she is part of this.
