Can someone please tell me how can I view the coverage and radiation pattern of cartesian transmitter and Receiver?Matlab 2021a accepts only Geographic coordinates

I'm trying to solve a problem in which I can find the coverage area around transmitter and receiver while using ULA/URA phased arrays. how can I view the coverage and radiation pattern of cartesian transmitter and Receiver?Matlab 2021a accepts only Geographic coordinates
