Error at intializing matlab software

When I start matlab software at initializing following error is coming..
Encountered unexpected end-of-file (line 33377) while loading toolbox cache.
Error occurred loading: C:\Users\RavitejaG\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB\R2011a\toolbox_cache-7.12.0-391219282-win64.xml
Cache file ignored.
What to do?

I would recommend contacting MathWorks Installation Support.

I would delete that file. It will be automatically recreated if it is needed.

in every restart of matlab, the same error is showing....
