Trying to publish and some parts of the script are left out.

I am using R2014a and I am trying to publish some math problems as a pdf. I have been publishing as I go as a way of checking my progress and after I tried to publish the last formula it left it out. Every time I try to save and publish it simply leaves out the last step. There are no other errors or warnings indicating that it is a problem with my formatting.
