Affinity propagation clustering between video frames?

       I have a human gait (silhouette) sequence video with arbitrary walking direction.. i want cluster a group of image to form a cluster based average gait image so far i want to cluster a images with respect to varies pose and walking style.. my gait sequence having frames up-to 300. i want to find similarity between each frames and find the clustering .. please help me any one ...?
