I have two variables: a matrix of raw data [5 x 786,198], which represents 786,198 spectra (5 wavelengths) and a matrix [1 x 7667] which represents the reference of the spectra that I want to plot among the raw data. How can i do this?

A = cumsum(rand(5,100)'); %5 channels
plot(A) %plot the 5 channels
hold on %hold the plot so it doesn't overwrite
plot(1:70); %plot a reference

Plot the 5 channels of the matrix and a reference vector.
