model Callbacks how to use InitFcn

I need a help in callbacks of simulink, i used an interpreted matlab function in simulink but i have an initials conditions, i tried to use callbacks to declare the initial conditions but it does not work (i used InitFcn callback)

Error in 'essai_part_val_st_hp_diss55_neww20082014/HP_3/Calcul mp'. Evaluation of expression resulted in an invalid output. Only finite double vector or matrix outputs are supported

as i see the model dont take the intial conditions that i give them.

I have another question, does the algorithm Newton raphson is implemented in Matlab, if yes with wich function, for exemple as i see its not implemented with "fsolve" function.
