non-linear ODE need solution

I need to solve an equation of the form a(y')^2+by'+c(y'*exp(-y))/r^2+d=0 where y' is the derivative of y with respect to r. Please see the document attached. I have tried using MATLAB's symbolic equation solver in the symbolic toolbox apparatus, but it apparently cannot solve it symbolically. How can I solve this numerically? I would appreciate help as soon as possible.
