I'm not certain what tax documents you need to send to MathWorks, but perhaps you should contact Customer Service using the Contact Support page (which you can access on the Support section of the website) and describe to the Customer Service staff member what you need to do. If they cannot resolve the situation they can give you the address and tell you to whom you should mark the envelope Attn:
