Simulation error in Simulink

I'm getting these errors for my model in Simulink:
I tried to switch to TrustRegion-based algorithm, but it failed after I clicked "fix". I also tried to reduce the RelTol paramter, but the error is still the same. How should I fix this issue?

Can you share the Simulink model that you are using so that we can reproduce the issue on our end?
