I am trying to create a terrain/environment with obstacles like boulders of certain heights, ditches of certain depths, slopes, etc. to simulate and analyse the performance of a rover-suspension like rocker-bogie suspension. I have access to MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape. how can I create such an environment using these softwares?

Uneven terrain can be modeled using the new Grid Surface block in R2021b In R2021b you will need to model your wheels using the Point Cloud block. Below is an animation showing an example of what can be modeled with this combination of blocks.
