How do end a task on Zynq when using "Build, Deploy and& Start"?

Hello all,
I uses Matlab 2020b and Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 evaluation kit for model based development.
I found that when I building ARM executable, "Monitor &Tune" will start a task that follows my "Stop Time", but when I use "Build, Deploy and& Start", the task will not stop until I powered off my Zynq board.
So how to build a task with stop time on Zynq when using "Build, Deploy and& Start"?
