problem in activating parallel server

I am trying to install network licence manager on my pc , and it ask me to browse for the license file

while trying to obtain the license file from license center online I couldn't find "install and activate tab" in the parallel server product although I have a valid license number, How can I solve this? and what might be the reasons?

Assuming you're using Campus-Wide License, about server products, such as MATLAB Parallel Server, license admins need to allow end users to use server products license.

You need to ask your license admins first.
