Create a 95% confidence circle

Dear experts, i just found the following post: https://de.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/603379-can-i-add-95-confidence-ellipses-around-groups-of-data-in-a-pca-plot-biplot I wonder now, if it is possible to do this with a circle as well. What would be different with the code? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can use... the change would be a == b i.e. horizontal and vertical radii should be same.
