Convert a jpg graph into matrix arrays

Hello everybody. I unfortunatelly saved some plot graphs to jpg format and now I need to obtain the valuse of those graphs. I want to know if there is any way (image processing, ...) that I can obtain these values and replot them again with a high precision?

This is not possible. Saving the data with the low screen resolution to a jpeg removes the possibility to access the data in a high precision.
