nlgreyest for multi-experiments data

Is it possible to use multiple experiments data to fit a single non-linear model using nlgreyest?
If not, any idea to approach this situation? I have a few experiments and for each of them, nlgreyest identifies a different set of parameters.

What problem do you want to solve?

I have many experiments for the same system. I want to identify the parameters for the system using more than one experiment.

What you do depends on the nature of the experiments, what parameters you want to identify, and how you want to identify them.
There is currently not enough information to suggest an approach.
