Two graphs in one ThingSpeak window

Is it possible to display two graphs in one window in real time.

Have a look at this example. It does some manipulation to make sure the x axis are the same, you may not need to do that in your case. Also, when you create a new MATLAB visualization, there is template "Create 2-D line plots with y-axes on both left and right side" that will give you a good starting point.
