Can't find reinforcement learning designer app

Hi,

I watched a video on youtube where the app allows a simplified method of creating an agent. However after downloading the Reinforcement Learning toolbox, i can't seem to find the reinforcement learning designer app in my app menu. Is it no longer available? If so are there any alternatives?

edit:I had tried entering "reinforcementLearningDesigner" in the command prompt but it didn't open up the app.

I am currently using Matlab 2020a, just started getting into reinforcement learning for robotics.

As in the tool does not exist in R2020a that you are using.
