Error using Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition

Good morning, I have installed the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition and Microsoft Windows Software Development Kit (SDK), I select Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition as my compiler, but when I try to run a modell, it returns me this error:

I tried also installing,Intel Visual Fortran 10.1. But when I try to mex it, it says that I need the visual studio 2005, what I already have installed.
