Hi,
I would like to define my own Jacobian function for my solvers ode15s, ode23s, ode23t, and ode23tb. I can't find any think in options to access Jacobian from outside.

You can for the solvers you mention. You don’t say what you’ve already done and what documentation you’ve already referred to, but the odeset option Jacobian Matrix Properties allows you to define and code your own analytic Jacobian as a function. (I haven’t needed to do this myself, so I’m just quoting the documentation here.)
