building dynamic model for simulation

i completed designing Fuzzy inference system using fuzzy logic toolbox.my doubt is how do we use the results of FIS system to model the whole control mechanism building model similar to Sltank Demo of matlab..(using fuzzblock and simulink)
my Project name is "Dynamic simulation of fuzzy controller for path following and Obstacle detection for an Automated guided Vehicle using SIMULINK"
firstly when i run my model for play in simulink the error report is "unknown variable...how to save in the workspace..i saved with same name but do we need to create the array form...
secondary, if we bulid model will the fuzzblock will take the defuzzifies results of Rule viewer...
kindly need help..please do forwared the problem to concerned people...
