GUIDE gui to ascii file

Is there anyway to convert a gui developed with GUIDE from it's standard binary format to ascii format?

I need to move the application from a classified computer network to an unclassified computer network. I can only do that with text files. I can move the *.m files without a problem. It's the actual GUI that I would have to recreate on the unclassified side.
Even extracting the "relevant data" like tag names, etc would be helpful.
