hi, can anybody provide me the free link to downloade matlab ver. 7.12 or less . my ver. there is no any functions deal with DNA seq. my ver. 6.5
I hope get ver. include the functions that deal with DNA seq. such as:int2aa or dna2rna.. thanks

I don't think you can get those versions for free but you can try the Product Trial Request for a free but limited version, or try your luck at Contact Sales

There are no legal free versions of MATLAB available, other than the product trials mentioned by Paulo.
Note: the functions you mention are part of the Bioinformatics Toolbox.
