Hello all,
I am using modeFrontier software for optimization. I want to use the surrogate/meta model it generates into Matlab. The export options available in modeFrontier are 1. C/Matlab MEX files 2.FORTRAN files 3. Java Files. Can somebody please guide me how can I convert any of these file into .m files which Matlab can read easily. Thank you in advance,
Sincerely, Nikhil

The simplest seems to be the C/MATLAB MEX option, since that suggests you can simply take the exported files, compile them, and then use them directly without any conversion needed.
If you need to convert to m-code for some reson, which languages do you know? I would pick the one you are most familiar with and use that one for the export. Then line-by-line convert it. How large is the code?

Also my aim is I want make changes to this exported output file and test some simulations in Matlab. It would be great if you can guide me for the same. Thanks in advance,
